Bennett Flooring did a great job on my backsplash and fireplace hearth. He was very kind, responsive, and efficient. He offered services at a fair price and was conscious of our budget. He even took extra time to find a special trim piece to go around our fireplace. Would hire again!

Donnie did such a great job and was very timely. He laid the tile in less than three days in my den and was very understanding when I had a supply issue. He was very flexible with rescheduling. I will be using Donnie on other flooring projects I want to complete and I will certainly be recommending him. He was very fairly priced and there were no surprise fees.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will vary depending on the flooring product/styles. I will always have a no-cost estimate where I come and measure unless the property is out of my normal range of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have introduced myself, I come and check out the property, measure, and give a no cost quote. I want to get all the details of what the customers wants done and the time frame in which they need it done.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Originally started doing small help jobs in high school. Through the years, I picked up various trades until 2017 I picked up doing this work with Lowe’s and Keller Interiors.
