Otto answered my request in a very timely manner;phoned and asked to be sent a picture of the project (replacing a microwave /hood and lowering it). He arrived to pick up new oven then continued to purchase needed supplies for minor carpentry and painting. The job was finished promptly and well worth the bid price. I would recommend him for any future work for myself or anyone else.
