While acquiring my new laptop, I came into the issue of it being unable to download software that I need for school, art, and my job as a media producer. The device was also very slow and not working to its absolute best. Mr.Seneff assisted me with all of that and more. He was able to assist me in locating the issue, explaining why it was acting the way it was, downloading the software for me, demonstrate new capabilities of my laptop, made it so that my Internet ran faster and wouldn't crash, and recommended me other programs to use to help me with my work. He was extremely patient with me, helpful in answering any questions I had, was kind and friendly, and a fantastic worker. I would highly recommend Mr.Seneff for any computer related issues. He is reliable, flexible, and efficient.
