Excellent service, communication, and attention to detail. This was a small repair job for my POA that turned into a more time consuming and labor intensive job than expected. The original plan was to re-use existing bollard poles at our gate call box and re-set them in concrete after they were hit. Due to the way the old poles were originally installed this ended up not being possible. The job then became the removal of the old poles and setting materials, the creation of a new, level area to tie into surrounding hard scape, re-installation of new poles and a new concrete pad, secure placement of sensitive wiring, appropriate safety paint and job clean up. This was all done very professionally and looks amazing. I would not hesitate to hire Charles again for any work needed by my POA.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on the job at hand but i always shop around and try to git best price on what is necessary for the job whatever it may be and always try to give my customer the fairest price possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well im fairly new with the whole internet thing when it comes to finding work so i like to have them give me a call at there convenience so i can fully understand exactly what the customer has at hand and what the best solution would be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in a lot of different feilds including tree and stump removal, grade work, concrete ,drainage,pressure washing sod and more.
