I have 30 years of experience teaching the Suzuki Method. From the beginning my students learn to play with excellent technique, beautiful tone and good intonation. Students have a lot of fun in their lessons while learning successful home practice skills. I am a demanding teacher and also very kind. I want my students to develop a deep love of music and big hearts. Becoming a kind hearted world citizen is the goal of the Suzuki Method.

Ellen is the consummate violin teacher. My children have been taking lessons with her for 14 years. I highly recommend her violin studio. Ellen is professional and infuses students with a love for music and their instrument. She challenges her students to excel; it is truly amazing what children can achieve with encouragement and excellent teaching.
