FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just understand estimates are estimate, they can go up or down. It's hard to know for sure until I actually see the job and what needs to be done, and I measure it myself, and figure out what floor preparations are required. If I am recommend by a costumer to another costumer and I get the job, I give them $100 finder's fee just to show my appreciation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always introduce my self and be respectful, and as long as it's returned it's normally easy going from there. Then it's just them asking questions and I may take a minute or two break just to Chat with them for few then it's back to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in multiple flooring including: luxary vinyl planks-glue down and lock together, glue and nail down hardwoods, carpets, carpets with patterns, vct, laminates sheet vinyls, etc. and more, and 10 years experience taught by whom I believe to be one of the best installers and teachers I've ever met.
