I called Ben and he returned my call right away. He stopped by the house and gave me an estimate and cut the grass the next day. He was very polite & professional. He made sure I was happy with the service before billing me and has been flexible in his follow up visit to accommodate my schedule. So far, I've had a great experience and would recommend this company to others.

Incredibly bad service. Despite talking a good game, Ben repeatedly failed to show up when promised over a three week period, charged my credit card without prior permission, and then acted stunned when I cancelled my contracts with him. He may be fine for simple mowing services, but his landscaping service was severely deficient and I'm stuck with the aftermath of attempting to clean up his half (if that) completed work.

To all who see the above review. Mr. Cox hired us to mow his lawn and work 1x per month cleaning up his very overgrown property. We mowed his lawn 2x We took building material to the dump for him as a favor. After two mowings we talked about putting in a fence. Since mr cox said he did not have funds to do the entire job at one time so We installed only 225' of the fence with the rest of the yard to be completed at a later time Mr cox informed us to charge his credit card on 3 different occasions. The work was completed he Told cc company it was fraud. Mr cox now has his lawn mowed, debris removed from his property and a 225' split rail fence installed beautifully. I now have had to press criminal charges for theft of services and goods as well as take him to small claims court to try to reclaim the money owed. We are a small business and do great work as you see from our other reviews. Thanks for seeing both sides of the story. Ben
