- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do. All of my pricing is listed in detail on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends on the service that is being requested. For example, if someone want to hire me to do bridal makeup we chat about how many are in the party, the location, the general schedule of the day and then set up a trial appt. or if a client want to hire me for a Wardrobe Walk Through or Interior Styling we always have a complimentary consultation first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was 15 when I started doing makeup for proms and weddings. I worked as a Fashion Specialist before working for a prestigious makeup company for about ten years. All while earning a Bachelors degree in Psychology, and a brief time living in France. I always helped friends and clients shop for their styling needs, and learned I had a true gift at bringing out people's personality through wardrobe, beauty and home decor.
