I offer free consulations which include body mass index, body fat testing, range of motion testing and goals assessment. My goal with my clients is to give them the motivation, knowledge and experience to achieve their goals, and the confidence to maintain what they've earned on their own. I pride myself in making sure my clients are self-sufficent by the time we are finished. I am very affordable and have plans that would allow us to meet from 1 time a month up to 5 times a week... It all depends on how much motivation you need and want. Kevin was everything I was looking for in a fitness trainer. He is intelligent, kind, patient and very knowledgeable in his field. I was referred to Kevin by a family member who worked Kevin for almost an entire year. I will definitely refer him to people in need any opportunity that I get.
