- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies dependent on the scope of work. For SEO, the pricing is based on keyword difficulty and the estimated amount to time to rank the website to the first page of Google.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, I will have a brief conversation with the client to determine their needs and to see if we are possibly a good fit for one another. From there I will have them complete our discovery form to evaluate the needs for the project. I will then complete a proposal for review. For SEO, the process is the same except I provide a video summary of the website and then follow-up a phone call, where we discuss with the findings and answer any questions. From there a proposal is provided for review.
