Jon's writing has been an exciting experience for me. The imagery flowing from his pen was expressed brilliantly with his clever use of historical dialect among diverse characters in picturesque settings. The New Mexico culture and countryside came alive in the script Little Brother. Enjoyable and thought provoking!

The scenes are set from the sweltering desert heat, the rank smell of the stables to the cool quiet chapel. In each scene the emotions of the characters are felt by the reader. There is a balance between the narrative and dialogue. I read the entire play in one sitting. It held my interest from beginning to end. To me, a good read is when you have finished reading and the story continues in my mind. This is a "good read."

Title: Little Brother, Enemy This is an interesting, challenging portrayal of a man delving into his haunted past; it involves the memories of one who allows himself to be drawn into assisting another to commit suicide and the periods associated with the memories ingrained in the subconscious of the mind created by such an act. With strong actors I believe this screen play would be widely accepted by the viewing public. I would give it a thumbs up.
