What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Professional rates reflect experience, training, and all the love and expenses that go into this style of dance performance. Additional travel fees are included for events more than 45min away.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to discuss all of the details over the phone - for ex. date, location, time, performance space, props and song categories, cultural expectations, color coordination, person to contact the day of the event, music needs (iPod/CD/USB drive), etc. I will help you in formatting the show to keep your guests engaged and mesmerized and will e-mail all the details to ensure everything runs smoothly.
