Introduction: I work full-time as a building maintenance person for an assisted living/ nursing home I have prior electrical experience as well as many years in residental construction and masonry. Much of my current work is light pumbing,electrical, painting and light tree work. Also willing to do some yard work. I enjoy the challenges of each new project. As well as helping people to fix things around there homes for a fraction of what the full time professional would charge.

I typically charge $35 to $40/hour. And can give a pretty accurate estimate if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit the customer to assess the job and give an accurate estimate and introduce myself. We then agree upon a price, a start time, and schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in residential costruction for about 10 years, I have a 4 year degree in engieering. I have worked the past 20+ years in building maintenance. In manufactoring, hospital, and now assisted living/nursing home.
