- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first take a telephone intake to make sure they are getting the best inspections for their needs including insurance and closing requirements. We like when the homeowner or buyer comes with the inspector so that he may answer any questions they have about the condition of their home.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been working in the construction industry in 1969 and have been doing large commercial inspections since 1975. We have since added home inspections to our line of expertise.
