My neck and back were out for some time, but I kept putting off an adjustment until I couldn't turn my head to one side without a lot of pain. My chiropractor adjusted my neck and back which felt great, but afterwards I could still feel that my muscles had gotten used to being misaligned and were pulling on my neck and spine. After Emily's massage, my muscles were very relaxed and no longer trying to pull my neck out again. She used the right pressure to solve the problem without causing more pain!
