FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as pricing goes everything comes out of our standardized upfront pricing manual. This is your assurance that we aren’t making up prices as we go along. With the exception of our maintenance agreement customers, everyone pays the same amount for the same task no matter who they are or where they live. We offer a 5% senior discount as well as a 5% military and first responder discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With plumbing, hvac, electrical, or just about anything to do with the repair or maintenance of a home, it is almost always necessary to look at an issue before an accurate price can be given to do the work. Whether it be a simple flapper in a toilet, a repipe, or a water heater swap out, everything needs to be thoroughly examined to make sure the homeowner has the best possible solution that is up to code. My typical process is to go to the clients home (at no charge) examine the issue, make sure nothing else is wrong which would be causing the noticeable problem(s), give an upfront price to do the work, gain authorization to do the work, perform the job, make sure the client is 100% satisfied with the repair, and collect for the work performed. I always make sure everything meets or exceed my clients expectations so they will call me back in the future and also tell their friends when they need a plumbing professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have undergone thousands of hours of on the job training as well as classes to keep up with current codes and regulations.
