What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 for a half hour, $60 for 45 mins and $80 for an hour. I may increase the price, depending on the distance of the destination.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out the days and times they are available and where they are located and compare it to my schedule and see where I can fit them in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been teaching swimming lessons for the past 8 years. I have my water safety instructor certification, as well as my lifeguarding and cpr certification.
