The company I work for had a dock chiller go down. Numerous companies tried to repair the unit, which was very important for our day-to-day operations, but failed to provide any lasting results. Nick Masters of Integrity Heating and Cooling was called in out of our frustration with the big name companies. Nick had the chillerâs problem diagnosed in less than one hour and the unit up and running in less than three hours. Where other companies had spent more than two days trying to resolve our chillerâs issues; Nick has us back in business in less than half a day. Time is money and Nick saved us a bundle. I charge $60.00/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers and get a feel for their needs and wants. I try to get them the best deal for there money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing HVAC, heating and cooling, for over 16 years. I have an associates degree in HVAC. I have 2 certificates in HVAC from the Army and the Air Force. I have numerous certificates from Trane and other companies. I retired from the Air Force doing HVAC. I still do HVAC and love doing it. I have worked on window unit up to 1000 ton chiller system and everything in between.
