Introduction: I'm a state licensed residential builder with experience in all aspects of the home. I've performed quality work in multiple trades from roofing, windows, decks, siding, carpentry, painting, flooring (hardwood, tile, and laminate), and bathroom tile. I pride myself on providing quality services, no matter the work that is done. I treat all jobs as though it is the most important work to be completed, because to me, it is!
I also accept credit cards for those situations when work needs to be done, but the current funds on hand are low.
My favorite part of my work is the satisfying reactions from those who I've done work for. Every job is different, and I treat each situation as unique as they are, no rubber stamp work from me! I love the look of a new floor or a change of the look of the exterior with siding and windows. I love the precision of finish carpentry and the look of freshly finished hardwoods. There isn't much that I don't enjoy about what I do, there is always a new place looking to be improved.

Solid work at a fair price! Donald installed a tile floor + curb in our shower (had a plastic basin beforehand), removed and re-installed our tile door, and fixed some cracked grout and water-damaged walls. Donald was superb to work with because he was flexible. He completed the job during hours that worked with our schedules and met with us at the tile shop and home depot to pick out tile and materials. We are really enjoying the finished product!

I love the tile that Don installed in my shower! It turned out wonderful. Don was very nice, and I would definitely hire him again for any future projects.

Don and his crew built us a beautiful deck! From the time he showed up (early!) for the estimate until the last screw was sunk, Don epitomized professionalism and flexibility. He worked with us to give us exactly what we were looking for and was an excellent communicator when we needed options. We've had bad luck with the previous two contractors we hired and were so relieved when Kobish Construction kept their word, showed up exactly when they said they would and built us the deck of our dreams. The only complaint I have is that we have to wait through this long winter to get back out on it! We will definitely call
on Don and Kobish Construction for all of our projects in the future.

Kobish Construction built 2 decks at our home--the one in the back (pictured here) and rebuild the front porch. Both decks were done with craftsmanship. We have received my compliments on both. Great company to work with. Friendly, kind, and professional. Would highly recommend and hire again. Thank you for your wonderful job, Kobish Construction.

We hired Kobish Construction to replace our windows. They did a fabulous job, very professional and went beyond. They found some structural damage to our home and corrected it instead of just replacing the Windows which impressed us very much. We would certainly recommend them.
