- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $25/30mins, $38/45mins, and $50/60mins paid for a month in advance either though Venmo or cash. When you book weekly and pay for 3 or more months in advance, 10% discount will be applied. If we know of a schedule conflict early enough, I will do my best to reschedule. Missed lessons without notice are paid in full. Usually there is some flexibility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 30mins lesson which most of students would like to try. Learning piano is fun but it is a long term commitment. I would like my students to make sure they have the right teacher before hire me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have taught from toddlers to adults. Lesson examples: 1. Anyone who wants to learn classical piano and go further in the future. 2. Special needs students who wants to learn piano. 3. Adults who wants to learn piano as a hobby
