I had Robert at my house on June 1st to repair my built in refrigerator and washing machine. Everything went smooth, he asked me a few questions over the phone and brought parts with him. Both appliances were fixed in 1 trip. While he was there, we had casual conversation and when I received my invoice he had given me a 10% discount for being a teacher, something he picked up on during conversation. He stated he offers discounts to teachers, first responders, and active or retired military. Very pleasant experience.

Both Robert and Scott have been very helpful, patient and understanding in a situation where not all circumstances were standard. They proved to be thinking in solutions rather than problems. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing jobs if you're looking for problem solvers who deliver quality at a competitive price.
