- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Can Very Based off Computer repairs, Full computer builds for gaming and Video Editing. Software install and Anti Virus installing and computer cleaning. 1. Base price for computer repairs such as windows and software issues is 45$ depending on Distance and issues. 2. Computer Parts replacement such as (Cpu) Computer processor, (Gpu) Graphics Card , Power Supply etc. Pricing (50$) Plus parts. 3. We allow the customer full computer design such as Case and Parts list. that can be shipped or brought to us and assembled. 4. Meeting with the customer locally at a Computer parts store and walking Them through parts and capabilities such as the best parts and hardware to go with based on their needs. Giving them Hands on Customization of their Computer. We also allow the customer to watch us build the Computer in the comfort of their home or at our location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a customer i like to build a strong up front honest relationship. Finding out the needs and problems they are facing Ranging from Windows running slow, Programs no longer opening or the computer wont even boot up any more. When building a new computer for a customer, i love to find out what the computer will primarily used for such as Gaming, Video editing or just simple Computer task. So this creates a base starting point of what they are looking for.
