About this pro
I had a property that was in need of major porch repair. It had become a safety issue especially for the upstairs weight bearing down on the lower level. Unfortunately, damage under the porch showed much rot and not much foundation. Brad was quick to give a thorough estimate, opened up his schedule to do a complete overhaul and did an excellent job keeping my tenants safe during construction. The end result was a strong, beautiful new porch and he beat everyone else out on price. I am very pleased with his service.Feb 23, 2017Verified
Mr Bradley Whitman, you left me no choice to leave this reviews after you hanged up on me. Asked to remodel the bathroom cabinet. A chipped cabinet - he recommended to replace it WHOLE things (cabinet, sink and faucets). We went to store to pick it one. I constantly kept asking him what anything else he needs. He didn't ask till hour(s) later to asked me go to store to buy him few things more. I visited SAME store for 5 times (5 different trips). And he took the materials with him. That I don't mind. In addition, He knew there are several faults but he chose to neglected and went on to finished his job. I am opening to communication with him as if he is being honest and know the faults - he could, would, should, have and can STOPPED and show me the faults. Actually, I believed Section HUD 8 can do better than that. I couldn't believe what I see. Sick in my stomach for a day. A chipped cabinet looks is way better than before what he set it in. The worse things I ever seen. He is not even bothered to putty the nails, covered the visual plumbing, not even woods set in, left a lot of gaps between border and walls, leaking plumbing, not pure cleaned caulk putty to put on and asked me where to put faucet parts together. Not even bother to sand and fixed the bathroom walls that he pulled it apart. Just let it tear and wears looks on the walls. I went back next morning - see more of it - made me want to throw up. I have 20 years experiences of remodeling but a problem is, I don't have a licensed to do it. Now, I have to spent another hundreds dollars to fix his mess to make it more professional looks. I cannot LEAVE that like this! I am middle of closing that house to be sold. This mess he left behind that could make a buyer to drop this and cancel the whole things, just because the bathroom he left me behind. I do NOT want this to be huge loss by hard time to sell the house just because of BATHROOM. Wouldn't hire Bradly Whitman as "professional remodeling".Sep 13, 2016VerifiedBrad W.'s reply
Hello Michelli I'm sorry your not happy with bathroom cabinet. I was understanding all painting was being done by you and even got thumbs up from you on work. I asked you husband aswell and he seemed happy with work that was done. Feel free to call me. Sorry my phone died in middle of our convo.
Brad was quick to respond as I needed this job done quickly. He came out, gave me a qoute and was back the next day to complete it. He did an excellent job and if I need any additional work in the future, I will definitely call him back!Jun 10, 2016Verified
Can't complain at all about the job Brad did. He did a great job and worked quickly for a very fair price. I would definitely refer him to family and friends.May 28, 2016Verified
Brad was very quick and reliable to come out when he said he would be coming to the house. I took awhile to pick my contractor for the job and got two different quotes. Brad was cheaper and after discussing with him what would get done for the price of the quote I felt it fair. After the job was complete almost everything was done that he had quoted me for. A couple issues that I had were poor matching of shingles but he was kind enough to replace some of the shingle issues although I provided more than half the bundle of these that I had previously purchased. I do not believe he would have had enough shingles to complete the job without the shingles I provided. Also, there were two spots he said were nail pops originally and turned out they were decking pushing up. Therefore in the quote he said he would provide materials and fix all the spots. I helped provide some material and he was unable to fix all the spots since it was the decking pushing up but I still paid the full amount for the fix. I feel that since not everything was done from original quote and that the material was partially provided by me that there should have been a deduction. After discussing these things with him he said that he fixed more than he originally quoted so not sure how that is true as I asked him to quote me for replacing missing shingles, repairing a spot that had no shingles which he said he would replace the wood and then did not he just covered it. Wish he would have just been fair and had given a small discount but refused. I compared his quote to another based on what I thought he was going to do and him providing all materials and this did not happen.Nov 11, 2016Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?meeting with customer and going thru process of what they would like to have done. then we take measurements and get prices on material and get started and writing a estimate for job. once we have an estimate i sit down with homeowners and go thru in great detail the process of the job and talk about the price of the job.
