- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very straightforward and for monthly services there are options for having an intern up to a seasoned accountant so we can accommodate different budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start with a discovery call to review the needs and to make sure there are clear defined expectations. Then we move into an information gathering stage. After that point we will have already outlined our project or monthly tasks and during the first 30 days we will communicate regularly to work out any kinks or additional needs and from then on the relationship will typically be us working behind the scenes and delivery of weekly reporting via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Finance and Administration. I also am certified Quickbooks and Xero Accountant. I am currently taking additional courses to have my ChFA, CFA, and CMA all within the year.
