- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a free fitness consultation, discussing your goals and expectations regarding training. It is followed by a short workout used to assess your current level of fitness
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied to be an athletic trainer and have a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master's degree. I also have multiple certifications from American Council on Exercise (one of the most respected certification organizations), full liability insurance and a multitude of specialty certifications. I specialize in weight loss, muscle toning, muscle building, athletic conditioning, nutritional guidance, behavior modification and aging populations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started teaching group fitness classes in college, went on to become a trainer and worked in corporate health for some major energy companies for years, creating programs and plans for employees.
