Introduction: Life is too short and wonderful to be stuck trudging through it mindlessly. My mission is to empower my students to love their life. We often find ourselves buried under a pile of the negative things this world throws at us…. living only through reactions. When we get on our mat and reconnect to our breath, our body, and our spirit we find a unique space to work through the things that suppress us. The yoga mat is a space to move and breath and remember what is important to us. Mat time gives us a break time from the hectic reactionary twitches by letting us choose something more purposeful. The more we do this the more we can mindfully step into the adventure that is life!
