I am a "Master Building Inspector", a certification that can only be obtained by an inspector who completes 10,000 or more Home Inspections as well as completing the proper training. I offer a unique service where I incorporate Thermal Imaging technology in every home inspection I perform. With the use of my Thermal Imaging camera (a $20,000 handheld instrument), I have the ability to literally see through your walls to reveal concealed issues such as moisture; where there is moisture there is mold, structural issues and missing insulation, all of which can significantly affect the heating and cooling efficiency of your home, resulting in higher energy costs.
