- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want our customers to confident that our quote does not contain hidden fees because all our fees are stated doing the negotiating period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers don't move that often, so when we have a new customer the first thing we do is to set expectations for them, on what to expect prior, during and after the move. We also provide moving tips that will help in making the move go smoothly for our customers e.g. if a customer is going to be packing items for themselves, we provide tips on labeling items base on where they are going (kitchen, bedroom 1) and to indicate on the box if the item is fragile so that we can handle it with extra care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers are have over 10 years of moving experience and they are all full time staffs of MovingHands couple with the owner having advance degree in logistics management.
