I worked for the Office of the Public Defender for the Collateral Review Division and the Felony Trial Division for 4 years throughout law school and after I graduated. I have had my own law practice for over 7 years. I assisted him in getting time served and on the first degree burglary charge of being able to go to an intensive drug treatment program in Texas. Several years after court I assisted him in this case by getting his felony conviction modified to a probation before judgement at his modification hearing.
