Total remodel of up-scale condo. Simpson General Building Contractor repaired numerous access holes in Sheet Rock. Repaired areas in garage. Repainted entire interior of condo. 1,890 Sq Ft. High ceilings, complex areas to be painted.
Job completed within scope of work and within the time restraints.

All work was interior paint. Attention to detail and follow up for touch ups were completed by a simple phone call.

We needed the trim on the house repainted but were concerned about breakage of roof tiles. The paint crew did a great job of protecting the roof and painting the trim. The painters arrived on time, worked hard all day and completed the job on time. I was completely satisfied with the results.

Simpson painted new build construction, perimeter walls and our entire house exterior, completing the project in phases to accommodate construction; very responsive. John Logsdon is very knowledgable about paint characteristics. The hard working and personable crew has been thorough, timely and diligent, cleaning up site daily. We will contact Simpson again when we repaint the house interior.

I had my downstairs painted by the team this contractor provided. They did a great job and went above and beyond to make my place look clean and beautiful. Definitely recommend them to anyone and will be calling back for more of my home improvement projects.

John came to us for our initial walk through on time, prepared with his computer and printer to give us a quote and begin work within 5 days. It was a wonderful experience during the entire process. The cleanup performed by the painter was better than imagined. He even put the paintings back up after the paint dried!
