Keith is a meticulous craftsman, something that really mattered in my project where he had to create new closets for a rental home that had been abused by tenants. The work was beautiful and each of the three closest functioned better than they had in their original state.

Keith has done work for me several times and I would have him back again in a heartbeat! What I find most frustrating with the construction business is finding someone who actually communicates and shows up, does a good job, is sober and doesn’t throw cigarette butts all over the place. Keith shows up when he says, is professional, tidy, does a great job, is sober and discusses whatever your project is with you along with pretty accurate cost and time estimates. He is affordable and honest. I would highly recommend Wildwood Construction!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am able to bid jobs like decks, repairs, and many renovation projects. On smaller jobs, or ones with multiple stages, I will work at an hourly rate of $25/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet and discuss your project and present a contract which clearly states what we agreed upon before the work begins. I will ask for full payment only when the work is completed to your satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in renovation and carpentry for many years, and specialized in repair and preservation of historic homes. Interior trim and woodwork is my passion, but am familiar with all stages of the construction process.
