- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, we have standard pricing. All base prices are listed on our website, we like to be up front about costs, so you don't have to wonder how much it will be! All prices are discussed up front and decided on, prior to the cleaning!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1) We find out what cleaning services you are looking for, whether it is: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one-time & the size of the house. 2) We give you a quote and schedule a day to come out and clean! 3) We let clients know that if they would like to be there for the cleaning, that is absolutely fine! We understand that it is a big deal letting someone new into your home and we want to make you feel as comfortable as possible! We are also bonded and insured, to help take any worries off your mind! There are no hidden fees, we are up front with all of our pricing and never tack on extra without discussing this up front!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 4 years of cleaning experience, 15 years of customer service experience, 7 years of management experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
