We had a water heater go out on a Saturday night at 6:30; finding a professional willing to come out that late on a Saturday was a challenge. After trying several companies we finally found Pipeline Plumbing Systems. The young man who came out was Aaron, and after only a few minutes he had our water turned off and was able to replace the water heater the same night! He also had recommendations for companies who he frequently used for water clean up. That's service! I hope that we don't need any plumbing work done anytime soon; but when and if we do, we will be calling Aaron to do it.

I did quite a bit of online research before deciding to install a tankless hot water heater - which kind to get and who to get to install it. The deciding factor was the free quote done in person. They were willing to stay for as long as it took to answer all my questions and review all the options I had available. My questions via Thumbtack were answered within minutes even after hours when it was something I expected to wait for until the next day. I'm not an easy customer and I was always treated with patience and respect. The job was finished in the time frame promised and they were neat and clean. I have waited several weeks to post this review so that it would be complete and comprehensive. There was one issue on the evening the job was completed they were out at 7:00 am the next morning and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes. The service, the product and the installation have all exceeded expectations. Their price was in line with other quotes I had received. (When you are spending nearly $3K a hundred here or there is of little consequence when you are talking this quality of work). If you are considering plumbing work of any nature they get my most serious recommendation. If you are considering a change to tankless you will never regret that decision. Ours was hooked up to the existing propane tank rather than natural gas and the hot water is more than sufficient for what we need. Due to the location of our old tank the tankless unit had to be moved to a different location to meet venting requirements. It takes a little longer to get the hot water to where we need it but that is a minor thing. After getting the first electric bill we saw the decrease in cost. I researched the company that manufactured the unit they recommended and I was blown away. The warranty alone was enough to make it the only choice! A very reputable company that had been in business for about 100 years and not one that I had found on most sites I visited as you'll not find them in your local big box store - they are next level. I anticipate over the life of the unit we will see it pay for itself. We had guests over the Labor Day holiday which pushed the limit to what we thought would be over the limit but never ran out of hot water! With the seemingly endless hot water, the electricity savings and the added value to resell tankless is a must do!! And Pipeline Plumbing is the only folks to do it.
