- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we have a basis price guide we work with, we understand each job is as unique as the person requesting it! So we handle each one differently. So no we don't really have a set$per hour fee. Or an exact set price. It would be right charging someone the same price if it is only half the work as the next job like it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Weather a new customer or old customer we like to take the time to meet them and figuring out what they want listening to what they have in mind and what they like if they need help with an idea. And making sure we are a good fit for the project that they need or want done!
