Introduction: My grooming is low stress, and I use all natural, top of the line shampoos. Dogs love to visit me for a spa day and cats too! I also provide highly effective de-shedding treatments, brush-outs, flea and tick treatments, and nail care! Pets always have access to a drink of water and I give them a minimum of two potty breaks while they are in my care. Pets also get a fifteen minute break in between grooming sessions (they get a bath and dry, and then a fifteen minute break before the haircut for example). My grooms are by appointment only, and this makes it nice for the owner and pet because as soon as the pet arrives, I can begin working on it. About fifteen minutes before the pet is fully finished, I go ahead and give the owner a call so that the pet will be finished about the time the owner arrives and the pet can go straight home- they don’t have to wait I take great pride in my attention to health and comfort of the pets that are in my care and I always use low stress handling. My love for animals is a passion that brought me into the world of grooming. I show my love through what I do and it’s clear that I enjoy it!

This gal is the best! Our dogs don’t get stressed nearly as much as with other groomers! We won’t go anywhere else! She uses all-natural products, which are much better on their fur & skin, files the nails, as well as trimming them, so no sharp edges. Our dogs even get a treat to take home!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is based on breed, temperament, size of pet and the condition of the pet. My quoted price may change depending on the condition and temperament of the pet. Flea treatments are $21 on top of the previously agreed upon quoted price for example, and de-matting varies
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have some paperwork for them to fill out so that I have emergency phone numbers, as well as a questionnaire about the pet so that I can understand the pet better. I also have a consent to grooming form and permission to take and post pictures to social media platforms
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the grooming field for a year now and have just started my own business. I am currently attending classes to perfect my grooming and learn how to do haircuts better. The classes will give me a certification when I am finished. I believe in continuing education and I am always reading the most up to date articles, watching videos and lots more to keep myself knowledgeable in the field
