In spite of really miserable weather, Josh and his crew finished the project within the time period promised. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, truly professionals dedicated to doing quality work they are proud of. Should I have any other construction needs, I will contact Josh without hesitation and I will recommend Vanguard Builders to all of my friends. I only wish I had known of them earlier for other projects I've struggled through with other contractors. I highly recommend Vanguard Builders. PERIOD!

Josh came out & dug up (by hand) and disposed of a dirt 8x8 area in our yard that had become an eye sore. When we contacted him on Thumbtack he responded very quickly and his communication was great! He even Google mapped my house so he could see the dimensions of the space. He seemed very conscientious from the start. Josh was on time and communicated well. He came out and got the job done in 2 hours! My husband had nothing but positive things to say-- which is HUGE for him because he is very critical of others work. If we have any other projects around the house, Josh will be our go to!
