- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The services offered are always priced individually, but discounts are provided when packaging multiple services together. For example, a logo design, web design, business card design, and a promo video will get a percentage discount if packaged all together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting any service/project, we email all clients an online consultation form to be filled out that will help us to identify your projects needs. This will help guide us in the creative process and make sure that we are able to fulfill your wants and needs. A phone call or additional email communication may be necessary afterward to address any concerns from both parties. We draft a contract before starting every project, which will include services promised, estimated deadlines, a payment schedule, and more important information. At least 2 rounds of revisions are available on all projects, more are available as needed at an extra cost. We do the majority of communication via email for the sake of having things in writing. This will ensure that key aspects of projects don't get overlooked, which can happen when communication is done over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I have been in this line of work now for 10+ years, continuously growing my skills from hands-on work from client to client. In addition to my own personal development, I work alongside other professionals in my industry allowing myself to gain additional knowledge in areas where I have lacked. In areas that I lack, I have colleagues that I outsource work to on an as-needed basis.
