It is also rewarding to share in the joy of their accomplishments - be it getting into a new pose for the first time, or being able to find more stillness in their day-to-day lives. I will tell anyone that no matter what other activities you enjoy (running, weight training, golf, cycling) - yoga will help you improve in them. A regular yoga practice improves strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and mindfulness.

This past November on Monday nights, I, for the first time ever, started to attend yoga classes with Steph as my instructor! Steph is truly an amazing yoga teacher! As soon as I get to class my stress level drops after the crazy day I have had and as we get started I know the next hour or so is going to be the best, most enjoyable part of my day ☺️ I haven't really taken yoga classes before, but Steph does an incredible job of showing you and helping you get into the perfect position for each and every single pose you do. I have only taken classes on Mondays this past month, but feel like I have learned so much! I also am already feeling like I am noticing some of the benefits of yoga including increased flexibility and strength, along with improved breathing, and better posture. Not to forget to mention that I think it has and will continue to be so great for me post ACL and meniscus surgery. I look forward to continuing taking classes with Steph and seeing more positive results from yoga in the future! I highly recommend her to anybody looking to start or continue the amazing practice of yoga 🙏🏼 Steph is the best and has studied and done yoga all around the world and continues to do so, which makes her the best yogi and yoga instructor ever 💙💙💙

Steph is a great yoga instructor! Before starting her class, she asked what we would like to focus on and has really tailored the classes to our needs. Every class we focus on a different area, or learn a new stretch or pose. The variation keeps the classes fun and fresh and always has me counting down the days until the next week! Steph also has a great selection of music!! I am newer to practicing yoga and Steph has definitely inspired me to continue being a "yogi" :)

Steph is awesome! She is so supportive of each student, where you are young or older, new to yoga or an advanced yoga student. Each class is a treat!!

I had a private session with Steph...nice sequence, good cueing as well as hands on help for poses I needed assistance with. I felt like I came away with a clear understanding of things I had questions about. Steph can do it all, an amazing yogini and teacher!
