- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to be very affordable. I feel that everyone deserves honest quality work for a fair price. I have been known to give seniors and vets discounts at the time of service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first introduce my self. I will ask them a few questions possibly have them explain a certain issue if that's the case. Then If they would like I can walk them through what I will be doing to and how. and answer any of there questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done many self education courses thru previous employers along with working hands on doing what I do for the last 15 years.
