- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Making a price over the internet is very inaccurate, because I do not know exactly the extent of what is actually going on until I get onsite.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to talk to them on the phone, hear what is going on, then setup a time to go to the property, show my credentials if needed by them, look at the job, then give an Xactimate Estimate which is a Company Standard for Water & Mold Mitigation process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified with the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and as a Applied Structural Drying Technician
