- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do an hourly price structure which starts when we arrive at your home, not when we are dispatched. We charge one hour minimum, which includes both the diagnostic and repair of the problem and most repairs take close to an hour to perform and do thoroughly. Sometimes 2 people will arrive to service the equipment, but for a residential application, only one man hour will be charged for 2 men. This could happen for a variety of reasons, most times is just makes the flow of work easier to perform with 2 individuals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Payment upon completion of the job. We take papal, cash, checks and credit cards. We also can accept apple pay and google pay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in mechanical engineering. I have been in the trade since 1986, full time year round since 1990. I have my universal refrigerant licence, my PA contractors licence ( PA #031557), back-flow licence (#27240), bonded and insured ( 2 million dollars) and have accredited many hours of formal training on these ( among other) brands: Thermospride Bosch Boilers Trane Ruud Broan Mitsubishi min split systems Rheem American Standard NTI Boilers
