- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the least expensive service, but we get the job done. We don't sell you something you don't need and am honest in our assessment of your pest situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inspect your home or business for pest infestation and any requirements for excluding the pests. We propose service(s) that may be required to provide a pest service. Scheduling is provided by the office staff, along with all followup calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unlike most companies Perfection requires all service personnel be licensed by the state department of agriculture in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. We attend the University of Kentucky annually for additional training, which is more than the every three year requirement by the states we are licensed in.
