Full service property management is 8 - 10 % of the monthly rent. Lease only services are 6 - 8% of the annual rent
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First would be a brief phone consultation, then an on site meeting to review the property, then discuss our management agreement and fees

I have over 20 years experience in the real estate, property management and construction fields
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in real estate and found a real interest in property management, I started as a leasing consultant and worked my way up to management. Now I own my own property management company.
