- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate system. Most services calls fall into that category. You pay no more or no less than the price quoted, even if it takes us longer than anticipated. Other services such as yard leaks, leak detection in slabs, and drain isolation testing, is at an hourly rate do to it being impossible to put an "average" time on such things.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first ask for a name, address, and phone number, to be able to properly input them into our system. Always expect a call from our technicians letting you know they are on the way and roughly when they will be there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have State of Texas issued plumbing licenses.
