I had my first shoot with Dave last month and it was a great experience. I'm rather new to the model scene, but he was very easy to talk to and work with.
We initially started communicating through email and he was very thorough in his introductions and the goals he had in mind. After a few phone calls and texts, we agreed to meet up at a cafe to get to know each other a bit and go over plans for a shoot. I really appreciated how Dave handled all of our interactions; I believe it is important for models and photographers to have a basic foundation of trust.
Especially as a newer model, I have talked to many photographers who want photos but are ignorant of earning trust, introductions, and basically have no sense of people relations. So despite the handful of people I was disappointed with, working with Dave was quite refreshing and enjoyable.
I decided last minute to have a friend tag along to our shoot and Dave was cool about, and it went great. I felt relaxed and comfortable, which really made it an ideal experience. The shoot itself was quite fun, Dave's a chill guy and laughs alot.
So far he's been editing the photos and working on seeing up a following event, I'm really optimistic and thrilled to continue working with Dave.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dave DiRentis for several years while working at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. He has captured countless moments for us ranging from after-hours parties for our young professionals to conversations with the Museum Director. He is very observant and knows exactly what we want whether it's head-shots, member ice-cream socials, or DJ dance parties. I can't say enough about his skills and friendly personality. I highly recommend booking him for your next event.

I could honestly write a novel about how awesome Dave is! My husband and I want to have another event just to see him again! When I tell you Dave is amazing, believe me! He is so thorough and patient and you can see he is passionate about his craft! We felt so comfortable and at ease with him. We truly loved working with him and my dad, who by the way likes no one, told me that Dave is a cool guy! I will DEFINITELY tell everyone about him! He deserves so much recognition! We already told our friends who are getting married next year to hire him. Do not look anywhere else for a photographer, he is all you need! We cannot wait to see the pictures from our wedding!
