- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price per job based on our customer requirements. Much of our pricing is based on per person service. For full service catering there is an additional staff fee as well as a 15% service charge. We do offer referral discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with us getting the full details of our customer’s event and then we provide a full list of menu options and a quote for services. Once the quote is approved we proceed with signing of a contract for service based on the quote and event. Once the contract is signed, the deposit is due to secure the event date/time and service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a marketing degree from Howard University. I am a certified Food Service Manager, as well as a TIPS certified Bartender. I was also trained in traditional French Cuisine.
