RUBY EXPERIENCE: Consultation This package is for the couple who is just getting started and plans to handle the overall planning process themselves. This couple is only seeking a bit of guidance on where to start with items such as style & budget development. EMERALD EXPERIENCE: Wedding Rehearsal & Event Management This package is for the couple that plans to handle the overall planning process themselves but would like to hand over the reins to a professional event manager towards the latter end of the planning process. This will enable them to focus on being in the moment as their special day comes near. An Elle Somers Designs & Events Manager will provide pre-event coordination, wedding rehearsal and wedding day logistical support. TOPAZ EXPERIENCE: Partial Planning This package is for the couple that already knows where they’re having the wedding and some vendors have already been selected. Maybe they started out the gate strong in the planning process, but somewhere around half way (50-60%) to the goal, they realized this is getting really hectic and assistance is needed! Our team will gladly help ELLEvate your experience. We will assume the remainder of the planning process, picking right up where you left off and deliver it all seamlessly. An Elle Somers Designs Event Manager will work with you to determine where you are in the process and provide an action plan for getting you to your wedding day, just as you first envisioned it. DIAMOND EXPERIENCE: Full Service Wedding Planning The package is for the couple that wants to be fully taken care of. Elle Somers Designs & Events will develop a design that incorporates the couple’s vision of their special day, as well as seamlessly execute the event itself. We’ll identify the location, design the look, manage the budget, secure vendors, create timelines and coordinate ancillary events, such as next day brunches. We’ll ensure you have a wedding full of magical memories. This couple will get the full Elle Somers Designs & Events experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation will be conducted to understand potential client's vision and goals for the event. Elle Somers Designs & Events process and experience will be reviewed and we will agree that this is an ideal partnership for both parties to facilitate a more formal agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a PMI certified project manage professional will over 8 years of experience, whom has designed and planned a local wedding with over 100 guests. Weddings are social experiences that are very much like other project efforts and events that require coordination of many moving parts with a given deadline and budget. As a recent bride myself, I am can truly relate to the excitement and desire to have things just right on your special day.
