FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Though we do have a system for pricing, it varies because of the range of projects we take on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for starting tackling a project varies depending on the size. To get things rolling, I like to have an initial meeting onsite to review the entirety of the project, get a realistic picture of a time frame, material costs, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years of experience in Finish Carpentry, in which I worked for Riverbend Mill in Morris, Connecticut and 3C Contracting in Urbana, OH. My role at Riverbend Mill started out as a cabinet installer and shop worker. After a few years I took on the role of a draftsman for the company. I did this for 4 years. Later, I moved to Ohio where I worked for 3C Contracting doing finish carpentry and doors & hardware. The past 4 years I have run our small home improvement business, taking on various residential construction projects in Midwest Ohio.
