- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing off of a monthly remote bookkeeping fee or depending on the complexity of the project. This price is negotiable by both parties and will reflect the work load and where the work will be completed (remotely or in house)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I definitely start by interviewing the customer and finding out how many accounts they have. What accounting software they use. Where their books stand as far as when was their last bank reconciliation (if ever). Do they have these records available (bank statements, credit card, merchant accounts, etc)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience in this field in multiple industries.
