What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 8 percent management fee monthly, if you have multi units we can give you a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will find out the details of the property that the owner is looking for me to manage. I will explain to them what my services are, we will discuss the fees that are involved. If they are interested in hiring me , I will go out to the property to do a walk through and meet the owner if they are available. If owner is out of town we can take care of documents by email. Once contract is signed , I will start managing their property. I am hands on, full service management.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed real estate agent, I have been working for a property management company for over 8 years so I am very familiar with this field.
